It is proven that an arch or curve is more robust than a sharp angle. It is far more complicated to produce a frame with arches while maintaining all structural and performance properties. During extensive testing and research, Luigino destroyed EVERY blade available on the market to analyze the good and bad of each brand. Two very crucial tests were conducted: pressure measurement and flexibility (bendability). Each frame was tested for impact and pressure to determine the breaking point (pressure applied until the frame could no longer return to its original shape). The pressure test indicates the frame's flexibility, meaning how quickly it can return to its original state after being under pressure.
