Polar Unite fitness watches are designed to help you find balance between training and rest, no matter what your daily routine looks like. They use the FitSpark feature, which provides daily personalized workouts based on data measured from previous training sessions, sleep quality, and recovery. This allows you to exercise with joy and without fear of complete exhaustion. Another interesting feature is Nightly Recharge, which measures heart rate and breathing frequency during sleep and evaluates how well your body recovered overnight. A great fitness addition is the Serene program for breathing regulation.
Polar Unite also easily connects to the Polar Flow app. There you can track records of all your workouts, create analyses, and design workout plans. The app can record more than 20 types of sports (e.g., running, cycling, swimming, fitness, golf, walking, yoga, outdoor, hiking) and is compatible with most Android and iOS devices. By connecting to your phone, you also gain access to its GPS, enabling the measurement of speed and distance during your workouts.
You can wear the watch all day as it is made from lightweight materials (weight of the watch is only 32 grams). Despite this, it withstands impacts thanks to its reinforced body and Asahi tempered glass. These are complemented by a silicone strap (maximum strap length 21 cm), which is easy to clean. The color touch display (IPS) lights up as soon as you tilt the watch face towards you. Alternatively, you can set it to remain illuminated at all times.
