It is equipped with built-in GPS, a barometer, weather forecast, FuelWise for optimal energy intake during training, and Hill Splitter, which uses GPS to record every ascent and descent on the route. For maximum efficiency, there’s the FitSpark function, which prepares daily tailored workouts based on past results, recovery levels, and sleep quality.
Of course, the sports watch can be connected to the popular Komoot app, where you can find or plan your training route. The device will even navigate you based on it. In the Polar Flow app, you can track all your training records (create analyses and plan workouts - even with friends). The app can record all types of sports and is compatible with most Android and iOS devices.
Since the watch is primarily designed for outdoor sports, it is made of durable polymer reinforced with glass fibers, complemented by a silicone strap and a steel bezel. At the same time, it is extremely lightweight (64 grams), and even with all-day use, it is hardly noticeable on your wrist. The Gorilla tempered glass also features a special coating to prevent grease and fingerprints from accumulating.
